Balsamic Steak Wraps


1-1/2 to 2lb flank or skirt steak
Marinate with One&Only Balsamic 3oz for every pound of steakĀ 
Let set in air tight container or bag for minimum 2 hours
The longer it marinades the better the flavor
Cut steak into 3 inch wide strips
1 bunch of asparagus
1 bell pepper
1 carrot
2 garlic pods
Chop all veggies into matchstick sizes, except for asparagus chop in 3 inch lengths
Add 2tbsp butter to pan and stir fry veggies for 3 mins, no longer
Take marinated steak strips and add mixture of all three veggies and roll steak around them like a wrap
Use toothpick to hold wrap together
Add 2tbsp butter or oil of your choice to medium high pan and cook wraps until desired temperature
Serve immediately when done.
