Red Wine Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Cut of meat: chicken breast
1-1/2 to 2lbs of skinless chicken breast
Cube breast and marinate with One&Only Red Wine adding 5 to 6 pineapple rings in air tight container
Let set in air tight container or bag for minimum 2 hours
The longer it marinades the better the flavor

2 bell peppers
1 red onion
1 can pineapple rings
1 pack button mushrooms
Cube veggies for kabobs

Add chicken and veggies onto kabobs stick alternating meat and veggies

Cook on grill until internal temperature of chicken cubes is 165 degrees
